Floating Units definition

Floating Units means units described in the Affordability Covenant Agreement.
Floating Units means that the Affordable Unit(s) are not required to have a fixed location, but may float among the units in the Project.
Floating Units means that the total number of State-Assisted Units in the Project is fixed for the Affordability Period, but that the Owner may from time to time change the designation of individual units from a State-Assisted Units to a market-rate units so long as the total number of State-Assisted Units and the Unit Mix at all times conform to the requirements of this Declaration.

  • As of the Effective Time, the issued and outstanding Units of the Company that in each case were issued and outstanding and held by the Members prior to the execution and effectiveness of this Agreement are hereby canceled and the Class A Units and the Class B Units are hereby issued and outstanding as of the Effective Time (with each Member’s Class B Units consisting of 70% Class B Fixed Units and 30% Class B Floating Units) (the “Recapitalization”).
