Floating or Adjustable Rate Provision definition

Floating or Adjustable Rate Provision means a formula or provision, specified in or pursuant to a Board Resolution or an indenture supplemental hereto, providing for the determination, whether pursuant to objective factors or pursuant to the sole discretion of any Person (including the Company), and periodic adjustment of the interest rate borne by a Floating or Adjustable Rate Security.
Floating or Adjustable Rate Provision means a formula or provision, specified in a Board Resolution or an indenture supplemental hereto, providing for the determination, whether pursuant to objective factors or pursuant to the sole discretion of any Person (including the Company), and periodic adjustment of the interest rate per annum borne by a Floating or Adjustable Rate Security.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.

  • Base Rate Term Loan means a Term Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Floating Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for the payment of interest at a Floating Pass-Through Rate determined periodically by reference to a formula specified in the related Supplement.

  • Floating Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to (i) the Alternate Base Rate for such day plus (ii) the Applicable Margin, in each case changing when and as the Alternate Base Rate changes.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Interest Rate or Currency Protection Agreement of any Person means any forward contract, futures contract, swap, option or other financial agreement or arrangement (including caps, floors, collars and similar agreements) relating to, or the value of which is dependent upon, interest rates or currency exchange rates or indices.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Fixed Rate Obligation means any Collateral Loan that bears a fixed rate of interest.

  • Maximum Applicable Rate with respect to APS, has the meaning set forth in Section 11.10(a)(vii) of these Bylaws.
