Floating/Network License definition

Floating/Network License means a license that entitles the Licensee to use the Software on at least one computer at a time within a network at a specific installation site and use site(s) specified in the purchase documents. Floating/Network Licenses may be used within a computer network consisting of a central server by the number of Authorized Users equal to the number of Seats, as per the Order Form.
