Floating Amount Payer definition

Floating Amount Payer means in respect of a Swap (a) Enron if the terms set forth on the Website relevant to the Transaction provide that Counterparty is "Buying" and (b) Counterparty if the terms set forth on the Website relevant to the Transaction provide that Counterparty is "Selling".
