Floating A Rent definition
Floating A Rent means the rent payable by the Sublessee in accordance with Section 3(d)(ii) (Floating A Rent) and Schedule I to the relevant Sublease Supplement.
Examples of Floating A Rent in a sentence
Following receipt of such report (which shall, in the absence of any manifest error, be binding upon the Sublessee), the LIBOR component of Floating A Rent and Floating B Rent shall be calculated on the Alternative Basis from the next succeeding Basic Rent Payment Date until such time as the Alternative Basis shall cease to be applicable.
