Customer shall be solely responsible for making all necessary arrangements with third parties at or downstream of the Delivery Point to enable FLNG to deliver Gas to Downstream Pipelines on a timely basis pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
FLNG shall deliver to Customer and all Other Customers a copy of the Freeport Facility Marine Operations Manual and any amendments thereto promptly after they have been finalized or amended, as the case may be.
