FlexShopper Plus Merchandise definition

FlexShopper Plus Merchandise means, as of any date of determination, any Eligible Lease that finances Eligible Merchandise under the Seller’s “FlexShopper Plus” test product, which product employs a retail markup multiple of at least 1.5x.

  • Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC) means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.
