Flexible Time Off definition

Flexible Time Off. ("FTO") commensurate with a "Grade I" Executive, as described in Employer's EXECUTIVE HANDBOOK.
Flexible Time Off policy (your “PTO Balance”) as set forth in the PTO Balance Acknowledgement Form attached and fully incorporated by reference for the purposes hereto as Exhibit E, and as further required by Section 4.3(b) in the Employment Agreement, and do so as a lump-sum payment, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You understand and agree that other than this PTO Balance the Company owes you no other compensation for vacation or other paid time off during your employment period. You are entitled to the payments covered by this Section 2 regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

You understand and agree that other than this PTO Balance the Company owes you no other compensation for vacation or other paid time off during your employment period. You are entitled to the payments covered by this Section 2 regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

Examples of Flexible Time Off in a sentence

  • Flexible Time Off shall be taken with due consideration for the services required of Employee and to the requirements of Company.

  • You will be able to use Flexible Time Off (FTO) with pay during current and subsequent years of employment in accordance with the Company’s FTO policy.

  • Employee shall also be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company's then-current Flexible Time Off (FTO) program.

  • Employee shall also be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company's then current Flexible Time Off (FTO) program.

  • Other than the exceptions noted, unused Flexible Time Off will be paid out at calendar year-end, same as vacation.

  • The Flexible Time Off day shall be bid in conjunction with each shift bid.

  • Any unused earned and/or accrued Flexible Time Off will be paid to any employee discharged by the Company (excluding probationary employees, employees resigning with less than one (1) year of service, employees leaving due to act of fraud or theft, and any employee who does not give two weeks' notice of termination).

  • Part-time employees shall bid vacations by contract seniority and Flexible Time Off days by classification seniority along with full-time employees of that classification.

  • Each employee covered hereunder shall be granted one (1) Flexible Time Off day with pay free of the Company during each month January through October of each year.

  • Flexible Time Off days accrued may be banked and carried over month to month within a calendar year.

Related to Flexible Time Off

  • Double time means twice the straight-time rate.

  • Applicable Time means, with respect to any borrowings and payments in any Alternative Currency, the local time in the place of settlement for such Alternative Currency as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be necessary for timely settlement on the relevant date in accordance with normal banking procedures in the place of payment.

  • Compensatory time off means authorized time off earned by or awarded to an employee to compensate in whole or in part for time worked in excess of the minimum work time required of that employee as a condition of his or her employment.

  • Applicable Timetable means, in respect of any day, that part of the Working Timetable in respect of that day which is required to be drawn up in accordance with Condition D2.1.1 of the Network Code as at 22:00 hours on the day prior to that day; "Bi-annual Timetable" means either of the following:

  • Reasonable time means: 25.1 between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on a weekday; or 25.2 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on a Saturday; or 25.3 at any other time agreed between the lessor and each tenant.Requirement to negotiate a day and time for a proposed entry by the lessor

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

  • Company Benefit Plan has the meaning specified in Section 4.13(a).

  • Audited Company Balance Sheet means the consolidated balance sheet (and the notes thereto) of the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2019 set forth in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed by the Company with the SEC for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019.

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

  • Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.

  • Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).

  • Company Pension Plan means each: (a) Company Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan,” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA; or (b) other occupational pension plan, including any final salary or money purchase plan.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Base Earnings means base salary and wages payable by the Company or a Participating Subsidiary to an Eligible Employee, prior to pre-tax deductions for contributions to qualified or non-qualified (under the Code) benefit plans or arrangements, and excluding bonuses, incentives and overtime pay but including commissions.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation means, for any Limitation Year, $46,000, as adjusted for increases in the cost-of-living under Code section 415(d). If a short Limitation Year is created because of a Plan amendment changing the Limitation Year to a different 12-consecutive month period, the Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation for the short Limitation Year will not exceed the amount determined in the preceding sentence multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months in the short Limitation Year and the denominator of which is 12.

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained by, sponsored by or contributed to by, or obligated to be contributed to by any Parent Group Entity.

  • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Canadian Benefit Plan means any plan, fund, program or policy, whether oral or written, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, insured or uninsured, providing employee benefits, including medical, hospital care, dental, sickness, accident, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement or savings benefits, under which any Loan Party has any liability with respect to any of its employees or former employees employed in Canada, and includes any Canadian Pension Plan.

  • Company Balance Sheet means the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2016 and the footnotes thereto set forth in the Company’s annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016.

  • Welfare Benefit Plan means each welfare benefit plan maintained or contributed to by the Company, including, but not limited to a plan that provides health (including medical and dental), life, accident or disability benefits or insurance, or similar coverage, in which Executive was participating at the time of the Change in Control.
