Flexible RA Attributes definition

Flexible RA Attributes means any and all flexible resource adequacy attributes, as may be identified at any time during the Delivery Term by the CPUC, CAISO or other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction that can be counted toward Flexible RAR, exclusive of any RA Attributes, and Other Capacity Attributes.
Flexible RA Attributes means, with respect to a Unit, any and all flexible resource adequacy attributes, as may be identified from time to time by the CPUC, CAISO or other Governmental Body having jurisdiction that can be counted toward Flexible RAR, exclusive of any RA Attributes and Local RA Attributes.
Flexible RA Attributes means any and all flexible resource adequacy attributes, as may be identified at any time during the Delivery Period by the CPUC, CAISO or other Governmental Body of competent jurisdiction that can be counted toward Flexible RAR, exclusive of any RA Attributes and LAR Attributes.

  • Seller retains the right to sell any RA Capacity from the Unit in excess of the Unit’s Contract Quantity and any RA Attributes, LAR Attributes or Flexible RA Attributes not otherwise transferred, conveyed, or sold to Buyer under this Confirmation.

The Product does not confer to Buyer any right to the electrical output from the Unit.

  • In such an event, the portion of the Flexible RA Quantity representing Flexible RA Attributes for such Unit shall be reduced by the product of (i) the difference in the Unit EFC as specified in Appendix A and the then current Unit EFC and (ii) the applicable Prorated Percentage of Unit Flexible Factor for such Unit.

  • The Board of Directors hereby approves a contract with Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) for the sale of Portfolio Content Category 1 Product Resource Contingent Bundled Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and a contract for the sale of Designated Resource Adequacy (RA) Capacity of RA Attributes, Local RA Attributes, and if applicable, Flexible RA Attributes from the Deer Creek Powerhouse including any non-substantive modifications as may be approved by NID’s General Counsel.

  • During the Delivery Period, Seller shall provide to Buyer, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, RA Attributes and, if applicable, LAR Attributes and Flexible RA Attributes for a Contingent Firm RA Product, as specified in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 below (the “Product”).

  • Green Attributes means any and all credits, benefits, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, howsoever entitled, attributable to the generation from the Project, and its avoided emission of pollutants. Green Attributes include but are not limited to Renewable Energy Credits, as well as:

  • Tax Attributes means net operating losses, capital losses, tax credit carryovers, earnings and profits, foreign tax credit carryovers, overall foreign losses, previously taxed income, tax bases, separate limitation losses and any other losses, deductions, credits or other comparable items that could affect a Tax liability for a past or future taxable period.

  • Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic, certificate, tag, credit, or ancillary service attribute, whether general in nature or specific as to the location or any other attribute of the Project, intended to value any aspect of the capacity of the Project to produce Energy or ancillary services, including, but not limited to, any accounting construct so that the full Contract Capacity of the Project may be counted toward a Resource Adequacy Requirement or any other measure by the CPUC, the CAISO, the FERC, or any other entity invested with the authority under federal or state Law, to require Buyer to procure, or to procure at Buyer’s expense, Resource Adequacy or other such products.

  • PRE-2017 NET OPERATING LOSS CARRYFORWARD means any net operating loss incurred in a taxable year beginning before January 1, 2017, to the extent such loss was permitted, by a resolution or ordinance of the Municipality that was adopted by the Municipality before January 1, 2016, to be carried forward and utilized to offset income or net profit generated in such Municipality in future taxable years.(B) For the purpose of calculating municipal taxable income, any pre-2017 net operating loss carryforward may be carried forward to any taxable year, including taxable years beginning in 2017 or thereafter, for the number of taxable years provided in the resolution or ordinance or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier.

  • Projected actual emissions means the maximum annual rate, in tons per year, at which an existing emissions unit is projected to emit a regulated NSR pollutant in any one of the 5 years (12-month period) following the date the unit resumes regular operation after the project, or in any one of the 10 years following that date, if the project involves increasing the emissions unit’s design capacity or its potential to emit that regulated NSR pollutant, and full utilization of the unit would result in a significant emissions increase, or a significant net emissions increase at the major stationary source.

  • Developed with mixed funding means development was accomplished partially with costs charged to indirect cost pools and/or costs not allocated to a government contract, and partially with costs charged directly to a government contract.

  • NOLs means the Company’s net operating loss carryforwards.

  • Source reduction means any practice that reduces the amount of any hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant entering any waste stream or otherwise released into the environment prior to recycling, energy recovery, treatment, or disposal.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Maximum Run Time:

  • Carryback means any net operating loss, net capital loss, excess tax credit, or other similar Tax item which may or must be carried from one Tax Period to another Tax Period under the Code or other applicable Tax Law.

  • Tax Attribute means a net operating loss, net capital loss, unused investment credit, unused foreign tax credit, excess charitable contribution, general business credit or any other Tax Item that could reduce a Tax.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.

  • Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) means a hybrid vehicle where one of the propulsion energy converters is an electric machine.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Enhanced coagulation means the addition of sufficient coagulant for improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by conventional filtration treatment.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Aluminum equivalent means the thickness of type 1100 aluminum alloy affording the same attenuation, under specified conditions, as the material in question.

  • Company Minimum Gain has the meaning given the term “partnership minimum gain” in Sections 1.704-2(b)(2) and 1.704-2(d) of the Regulations.

  • COGS means the cost of goods sold as determined in accordance with U.S.GAAP;

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
