Flexible Compensation definition

Flexible Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Examples of Flexible Compensation in a sentence

  • Optional benefits will be provided under the Classified Flexible Compensation Program (see program booklet for details).

  • The School District shall provide a "Flexible Compensation Plan" as authorized by Internal Revenue Code, Section 125.

  • Optional benefits will be provided under the Public Safety Flexible Compensation Program (see program booklet for details).

  • Optional benefits will be provided under the Maintenance Flexible Compensation Program (see program booklet for details).

  • A Participant’s Flexible Compensation for the payroll period in excess of such amount shall be paid to the Participant as cash compensation for the period.

  • For each payroll period, a Participant’s Compensation shall be reduced by the portion of a Participant’s Flexible Compensation, which such Participant has elected to have contributed by the Company to the Trust Fund as a Section 401(k) Contribution (or such lesser amount determined by the Plan Administrator pursuant to Section 5.3(c)).

  • The books and records of the Company shall designate twenty percent (20%) of each Participant’s Compensation for each payroll period as “Flexible Compensation.” Flexible Compensation shall for all purposes, tax or otherwise, be treated as part of a Participant’s Compensation and the designation of such amount shall be relevant only for purposes of this Article V.

  • Benefits will be provided under the Public Safety Flexible Compensation Program (see program booklet).

  • All employees shall be allowed to participate in the UCS Flexible Compensation Plan and the Premium Only Plan.

  • The Employer shall provide insurance for long-term disability and for accidental death in accordance with the existing core coverage as provided by the Employer's Flexible Compensation Plan.
