Flexi Loan definition

Flexi Loan means the secured loan provided to you under the Secured Revolving Credit Agreement for the primary purpose of financing repairs to the Financed Vehicle or for any other purpose that we consent to at our discretion.

Examples of Flexi Loan in a sentence

  • By selecting either the Harvest Loan Option or the Flexi Loan Option, the Supplier applies to CBH Grain for a loan facility of up to the Credit Limit for each Nomination of Grain under the Contract and CBH Grain agrees to make available to the Supplier that credit facility on the terms of this clause 9.

  • The Borrower applying for the Flexi Loan/Additional Loan is required to execute the Flexi Loan Addendum/Additional Loan Addendum each time.
