Flex Work Schedule definition
Flex Work Schedule means a non-traditional work schedule allowing flexibility to establish specified daily start and stop times. Days of the work week may have varying start and stop times, but the pattern shall recur predictably from work week to work week. Once a Flex Time arrangement has been approved, an employee must use accrued leave for scheduled hours not worked unless a daily schedule change is approved in advance by the Department Head to address isolated, unique circumstances that do not result in overtime.
