Flex Time Program definition

Flex Time Program means that certain paid time-off Benefit Arrangement maintained by Sellers providing for paid vacations, sick time off and personal time off.

Examples of Flex Time Program in a sentence

  • The Company will implement the National Flex Time Program effective the date of ratification.

  • VLRC reserves the right to change or terminate Flex Time working arrangements and/or the Flex Time Program at any time, for any reason including should employee performance be negatively impacted and/or business conditions warrant.

  • All full-time employees covered by this agreement who are not participating in the Flex Time Program are entitled to five (5) personal days per year.

  • All full-time employees covered by this Agreement hired following ratification are not eligible for the Flex Time Program as referenced in Article 7.

  • All full-time employees covered by this Agreement hired prior to ratification and participating in the Flex Time Program are entitled to four (4) personal days per year.
