Flex Rate Mode definition

Flex Rate Mode means the Interest Rate Mode in which the variable interest rate payable to the Trust under the Swap Agreement by the Swap Provider and distributable as Interest with respect to the Certificates is determined in accordance with Section 9.1(b)(ii) and (e).

Related to Flex Rate Mode

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a).

  • Daily Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).
