Flex Days definition

Flex Days are scheduled days off in a Reserve line on which a Reserve can be assigned a trip in accordance with Reserve Duty, Section 12.B.3.

Examples of Flex Days in a sentence

  • On eLearning Flex Days, students who fail to complete assignments may be required to attend classes on the next Flex Day.

  • Attendance on eLearning Flex Days and eLearning Cancellation Days will be taken based on the completion of assignments for each class (course) the student is taking.

  • Per article 7.11 of the AFT contract, faculty members on a regular academic year contract shall participate in Flex Days as part of their basic assignments.

Related to Flex Days

  • Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • School Days means days when school is in session for students.

  • Days means calendar days unless otherwise specified.

  • Business Days means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.

  • Teaching days means days on which classes were engaged. Examination days are not to be included)

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Duty days means all days during the taxable year from the beginning of the professional athletic team’s official preseason training period through the last game in which the team competes or is scheduled to compete.

  • Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Support Hours means 24 hours per day with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day;

  • Clock hour(s means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school-age care competencies.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;

  • Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • months shall be construed in accordance with Clause 1.3;

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;
