Fleet Planning. System The Fleet Planning System, including Operations Research Models, is a comprehensive decision aid used by Fleet Operations/ Administration personnel to develop Fleet Plans and Acquisition Schedules. Acquisition, age, and cost reports based on the Fleet Plans and Acquisition Schedules can also be viewed. The system maintains actual, budget, forecast, and work versions of Fleet Plans and Acquisition Schedules. These versions are used by Fleet Operations/Administration personnel to assist in the budget and monthly forecast planning process.
