Fleet Documents definition

Fleet Documents means any and all documents whether now or hereafter existing, which evidence, pertain to or secure the Fleet Claim, or any portion thereof, including, without limitation, the Fleet Loan Agreements, the Fleet Notes and each of the other documents, instruments and agreements referred to in the Fleet Loan Agreements or contemplated thereby to which Borrower and/or Corporate Guarantor is a party or which Borrower and/or Corporate Guarantor is obligated to deliver pursuant thereto, together with all such documents, instruments and agreements as are hereafter executed and/or delivered by Borrower and/or Corporate Guarantor to Fleet.

Fleet Documents means the Fleet Letter of Credit, the Fleet Reimbursement Agreement, the Fleet Revolving Credit Agreement, the Fleet Pledge and Assignment, the Fleet Pledge Agreement, the Fleet Security Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, and other documents executed and delivered pursuant thereto.

Fleet Documents mean all agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Fleet Obligations.

More Definitions of Fleet Documents

Fleet Documents means the Fleet Agreement and the other agreements, ----- --------- documents and instruments related thereto, as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.

Fleet Documents means the Fleet Facility Agreement, the letters of credit issued thereunder, all letter of credit application and reimbursement agreements executed and/or delivered by the Pledgor to Fleet in connection therewith, and all other related agreements, instruments or documents delivered or to be delivered by Pledgor in connection therewith, in each case, as the same may be supplemented and amended from time to time.

Fleet Documents means collectively, the Fleet Original Notes, the Fleet Note, the Fleet Escrow Agreement, the Fleet Security Agreement, the Fleet Guarantees and the Fleet Mortgage.
