Fleet Device definition

Fleet Device means a computing device to which you are provided use or access for the purpose, among other things, of enabling your use of the Driver App to provide Transportation Services, which computing device is owned or controlled by the owner of the Vehicle you are using to provide Transportation Services and/or the Dispatch Association with whom such Vehicle is affiliated.
