Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.
Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.
Fleet means one or more commercial vehicles.
Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.
Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.
Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.
Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Ballot card means a ballot that can be counted using automatic tabulating equipment.
Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Credit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card
Rate Card means a document containing prices and descriptions for various advertisement placement options available from a service sector, which sets out the minimum and maximum price of a service.
Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.
MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.
Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;
Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;
Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;
