FLC Financials definition

FLC Financials means (i) the audited consolidated financial statements of FLC as of December 31, 1997 and for the three years ended December 31, 1997, including the notes thereto, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of FLC as of each calendar quarter thereafter included in Securities Documents filed by FLC.
