Flavor definition

Flavor and “Flavored” means any Cigarette that contains a Constituent that imparts a Characterizing Flavor, with “Characterizing Flavor” and “Constituents” having the same meaning as subparts (a)(1) and (a)(2) of Health and Safety Code section 104559.5.
Flavor means a blend of two or more ingredients, including one or more Ingredients and which is used primarily to impart, modify, boost or enhance a desirable taste, flavor, or sensation, or to conceal, modify or minimize an undesirable taste, flavor, or sensation, in materials designed for consumption (including food, beverages, drugs and tobacco and any animal feed).
Flavor means any natural or synthetic substance or substances used solely to impart a taste to a cosmetic product.

Flavor. For example, the words “taste,” “extract,” or “flavor” may be used, preceding, or following, the words “ginger,” “real ginger,” or “natural ginger” (the “Approved Permitted Label 1 Claim”).
