Flatwork definition

Flatwork means an improvement built or placed at grade not requiring a footing, including, but not limited to, driveways, walkways, and/or equipment pads.
Flatwork means a concrete placement where a flat surface is created, such as a driveway, sidewalk, or as a slab, whether under a structure, such as a garage, house, or covered porch, or not covered at all.
