Flat Rate Trip Charge definition
Flat Rate Trip Charge means the all-inclusive fee charged by Service Provider to PROS for travel charges incurred in response to a Service Request, including without limitation Service Provider's time, mileage and/or truck charge. This fee is fixed and measurable for each Service Request, not a variable dollar amount. Unless agreed upon by both parties, only one Trip Charge or Flat Rate Trip Charge is permitted for each client location per Service Provider per day.
