Flat Hourly Rate definition

Flat Hourly Rate means the hourly rate of pay determined from the annualised wage calculations encompassing all overtime and allowances unless otherwise specified.
Flat Hourly Rate means the rate of pay paid for all work up to an annual aggregate of 2200 hours per annum.
Flat Hourly Rate means an aggregated hourly rate of pay calculated by dividing the relevant Aggregated Annualised Wage by the commensurate annual rostered working hours.

Examples of Flat Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • Casual Flat Hourly Rate employees will be paid only for hours worked.

  • If a night shift employee who commences work after 6pm a loading of 20% shall apply to the Employee's applicable Flat Hourly Rate of Pay expressed in this Schedule for all hours worked on those night shifts.

  • Such travel time below will be paid at the Flat Hourly Rate of Pay plus the offshore allowance as if they were worked.

  • Casual Flat Hourly Rate employees receive the same flat rate of pay for all hours worked.

More Definitions of Flat Hourly Rate

Flat Hourly Rate means the rates of pay set out in Schedule 2 for Shift work, 7-day Shift Work and Continuous Shift Work employees.
