Flat glass definition

Flat glass means, for purposes of Part 217, glass made of soda-lime recipe and produced into continuous flat sheets and other products listed in Standard Industrial Classification 3211.
Flat glass means glass produced by the float, sheet, rolled or plate glass process and formed into windows, windshields, table tops or similar products.

For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".
