Flash Gas definition

Flash Gas means any gas that has been vaporized from Product resulting from the gathering and treating of Product in the Individual System pursuant to this Agreement and has been collected by Midstream Co.

Flash Gas means any gas vaporized from Crude Oil after production that has been collected in the Crude Oil Gathering System and delivered into the Individual System. If at any time Midstream Co is not providing gathering services to Producer in the Dedication Area with respect to Crude Oil, there will be no Flash Gas delivered into the Individual System.

Examples of Flash Gas in a sentence

  • Midstream Co shall deliver to Producer, each Month, all Flash Gas allocated to Producer or for Producer’s account by delivering such Flash Gas into the Gas System to the extent Producer and Midstream Co have agreed in writing to require such allocation.

  • If at any time the Parties to this Agreement are not also party to another Transaction Document that covers Gas, the Parties shall set forth in the Agreement Addendum or an appropriate amendment to this Agreement the requirements for Measurement Devices pertaining to Flash Gas; absent such agreement, Midstream Co shall install and maintain measuring equipment at the Delivery Points that is in accordance with applicable API standards.

  • Each Flash Gas Terminus Point, each Condensate Terminus Point and each Produced Water Terminus Point.

  • The Monthly Loss/ Gain Report shall include a statement of the Flash Gas recovered by Gatherer and returned to Producer, as measured in the Measuring Device at the point where Flash Gas is received into the System.

  • It is the intent of the parties that Transporter be compensated in full for any reduction in BTUs in the Gas stream delivered to a processing plant attributable to processing PTR, for Flash Gas quantities allocated to Shipper, and for the Dekatherm equivalent of PCR allocated to Shipper.

  • If the amounts of Flash Gas recovered are consistently more than de minimis quantities, the Parties shall agree in writing to a methodology for addressing such Flash Gas.
