Flag-shaped or Key-shaped lot definition
Flag-shaped or Key-shaped lot means a lot whose frontage on and access to the street right-of-way is provided by a narrow driveway, access easement or other parcel of land being less than sixty (60) feet wide, which narrow area is referred to as the staff of the flag.
