This Lease ("Lease"), dated for reference purposes only August 28, 2008 , is made by and between FKC HIGHLAND LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and Fortunet, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Tenant"), (collectively the "Parties", or individually a "Party").
