Fixture, plumbing definition

Fixture, plumbing means any installed receptacle, device or appliance supplied with water or which receives or discharges liquid-borne wastes.
Fixture, plumbing means a receptacle or device which is either permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises, and demands a supply of water from the system; discharges water-carried wastes or sewage either directly or indirectly to the drain system or the premises; or requires both a water supply connection and a discharge to the drain system of the premises.
Fixture, plumbing means installed receptacles, devices, or appliances supplied with water or that receive or discharge liquids or liquid-borne wastes.

  • Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.
