Fixed Zone definition

Fixed Zone has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(c).
Fixed Zone means, with respect to Equipment and Accessories, the first four months of the 18-month rolling period referred to in Section 4.3 and, with respect to Supplies, the first two months of such 18-month rolling period.

Examples of Fixed Zone in a sentence

  • During *** of each Fixed Zone (counting backwards from the Fixed Order Date), changes to language groups, packaging configurations within language group, and changes to scheduled Batches are allowed, with mutual agreement by NOVEN and P&GP.

  • Within the Planning Horizon, no limitations shall apply to additions, deletions or changes to the Rolling Forecast, except that the quantity of Product forecasted for *** prior to a Fixed Order Date cannot increase by more than twenty percent (20%) when rolled into the next Fixed Zone.

  • On or before the fifth day of each calendar month, Purchaser shall provide to Kodak (i) a Rolling Horizon Estimate of Equipment and Accessories, which estimate shall be divided into a Fixed Zone, Firm Zone and Planning Zone and (ii) a Purchase Order for Equipment and Accessories to be delivered in the fourth calendar month thereafter.

  • NOVEN shall have the right to invoice P&GP for Product forecasted for delivery within the Fixed Zone if NOVEN does not receive a Purchase Order for such Product by the Fixed Order Date.

  • P&GP shall purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Product forecasted with respect to each Fixed Zone period (adjusted for changes mutually agreed).
