Fixed Voice Service definition

Fixed Voice Service means a service for the carriage of voice communications identified in the relevant Module Order Form.
Fixed Voice Service means the rental (and where applicable the installation and/or conversion) of analogue and/or digital telecommunication exchange lines and/or the supply of PSTN (Public Switch Telephone Network) telephony services, or using any internet protocol telephony services. In some cases the Fixed Voice Service will involve ‘carrier pre-selection’, whereby calls are not routed directly over the BT network, or least cost routing;

  • M1 Fixed Voice Service (the “Service”) is provided to you by M1 Net Ltd (“M1 Net”) with the sign up of M1 High Speed Fibre Broadband Service for residential use at the service address only.

  • Class Members who, during the applicable Claim Period as defined above, have bought at the sametime both (i) a BT Standalone Fixed Voice Service; and (ii) a broadband service, either from BT or any other provider.

  • Where a Fixed Voice Service is provided by the Contractor pursuant to applicable Universal Service Obligations, the Contractor must ensure that the Fixed Voice Service has all the functionality of a Standard Telephone Service.

  • If the Fixed Voice Service over which Your Internet Service is provided is suspended or terminated, the Internet services could be suspended or terminated as well.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;
