Fixed Term License definition

Fixed Term License. (if checked, Licensee is a “Fixed Term Licensee”)
Fixed Term License means a license that entitles you to use the Software for a fixed period starting on the date of purchase.
Fixed Term License means a license granted for a specified period of time (e.g. 5 years) which is renewable upon written agreement of the parties; (iii) a “Subscription License” which, unless otherwise set out in an Order, is billed on an annual basis and renews automatically for subsequent one- year terms. If IR terminates this Agreement for any reason prior to the expiration of any Order, then the Term of such Order will terminate on the date of termination of this Agreement.

Examples of Fixed Term License in a sentence

  • The term for a Fixed Term License, Token License, IBM Software Subscription and Support, Selected Support or Appliance Services automatically renews at then current charges, unless Client provides written notice of termination prior to expiration of the term.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customers authorized consultants and subcontractors may Use the Licensed Program on the Designated Equipment at the Designated Site or from remote locations (specified in a Product Quotation) but only where such Use is in connection with their performing services for a Project on Customer's behalf consistent with the Fixed Term License granted to Customer hereunder.

Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.
