Fixed Rent Amount definition

Fixed Rent Amount means, for any monthly period commencing on and after February 1, 2002, the amounts set forth on Schedule 1 attached to the Tenth Amendment for such period, representing the aggregate monthly rent payable by CF Delaware, as lessee, under the CFCD 2002 LLC Leases for such period (without any adjustments based on changes in the consumer price index or otherwise).
Fixed Rent Amount means Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five and 00/100 ($558,195.00) Dollars.
Fixed Rent Amount as defined below, payable monthly on or before the 10th day of each calendar month during the term of this Lease; provided, however, that if the term of this Lease begins and/or ends on a day other than the first or last day of a calendar month, the applicable payment of the Fixed Rent Amount shall be appropriately prorated; and provided further, however, that the Fixed Rent Amount with respect to the first full or partial calendar month of the term of this Lease is payable upon execution of this Lease.
