Fixed Rate Group Net WAC Cap. With respect to any Payment Date, the average ---------------------------- of the Net Loan Rates for the Fixed Rate Loans as of the first day of the preceding calendar month less 0.5% and the Premium Percentage relating to the Fixed Rate Group (calculated as a per annum rate), with such averages weighted by the respective Principal Balances of each such Fixed Rate Loan as of such date.
