Fixed Price Work definition

Fixed Price Work means the portion of the Work for which the fees payable to Contractor are specified in the Purchase Order or elsewhere in the Contract as being fixed, and for greater certainty, “fixed” in relation to the Contract Price means not subject to adjustment on the basis of Contractor’s costs in respect of provision of the Work.
Fixed Price Work means pre-described Work to be performed at a set price.

Examples of Fixed Price Work in a sentence

  • For Fixed Price Work, the Contractor Records shall be of sufficient detail for the Owner to ascertain the Contractor’s compliance with the Fair Wage Policy, if any.

  • Fixed Price Work means the portion of the Work paid for on a Fixed Price basis.

  • Upon the request of the Owner, the Contractor shall provide hard copies and electronic copies of all the foregoing documents to the Owner, at the Owner’s cost, except to the extent the delivery of such document already forms part of the Fixed Price Work.

  • Work performed pursuant to a PM shall be considered Firm Fixed Price Work.

  • The only allowable expense for Firm Fixed Price Work is the calendar monthly amount equal to [insert amount].
