Fixed Position definition

Fixed Position. All forward positions containing risk that is impacted by the settlement of the NYMEX Natural Gas contract. This risk can be offset using NYMEX Natural Gas futures or OTC look-alike instruments;
Fixed Position means any point other than a survey station which is fixed within the relevant accuracy requirements for the class of survey concerned and which is used for the purpose of locating details to be shown on plans;
