Fixed Plant and Equipment definition

Fixed Plant and Equipment means all plant, machinery and equipment situated on the Lands, if any.
Fixed Plant and Equipment means all plant, machinery and equipment situate on the Lands, whether forming part of the Lands or not, including the plant, machinery and equipment described in Schedule F hereto.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, none of the Personal Property, Goodwill and IP, Fixed Plant and Equipment is leased or otherwise used in the Business subject to any agreement with or claim by any third party.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, none of the Personal Property or the Fixed Plant and Equipment is leased or otherwise used in the Business subject to any agreement with any third party.
