Fixed Mobile Services definition

Fixed Mobile Services means Telecommunications services other than Mobile Services. Designation of numbers for Fixed Services allows usage of such numbers for any services (including Mobile Services) provided that the wholesale rate for termination of voice calls, if applicable, to users of such services does not exceed by more than 20 per cent the wholesale rate for termination of voice calls to users of PSTN services of the biggest (in terms of number of subscribers) provider of such services in Swaziland. Designation of a Number Range to Fixed Services does not allow direct use of such numbers for provision of Premium Rate Services or Special Services;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
