Fixed Manufacturing Overhead definition

Fixed Manufacturing Overhead means reasonable allocations of those costs incurred to manufacture Product which are relatively independent of the volume of production, including, but not limited to, depreciation, maintenance and repairs, general and administrative expenses, equipment lease expense and property and fire insurance costs, determined in accordance with generally accepted cost accounting standards.
