Fixed Licence Fee definition

Fixed Licence Fee means the following licence fee which (in each case) is based on the current average licence fee in the Market being £60 per sq ft or, if the opening of the Temporary Market is significantly delayed through no fault, action or omission of (or by) the Developer, such other licence fee as may be agreed in writing between the Developer and the Council PROVIDED THAT each licence fee shall be subject to an increase of two percent (2%) per anum for:
