Fixed gauge definition
Fixed gauge means a measuring or controlling device that is intended to be mounted at a specific location, stationary, not to be moved, and is not portable.¶
Fixed gauge means a source-specific license for measuring, gauging, or controlling devices pursuant to OAR 333-103-0010(2)(h). The fixed gauge license also includes X-ray & Hybrid Gauges pursuant to division 115 of this chapter, that contain either an X-ray source or a radioactive sealed source.
