Fixed Distribution Rate definition

Fixed Distribution Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).
Fixed Distribution Rate means, in respect of the period from (and including) 9 December 1999 to (but excluding) 9 December 2011, 7.627 per cent. per annum;
Fixed Distribution Rate means the rate calculated in accordance with Condition 6(b)(i). “Fractional Stock” means a fraction of the Linked Stock.

  • Each such determination by the Partnership of the Annual Fixed Distribution Rate will, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding upon the Partnership and upon all Holders of Series 7 Preferred Limited Partnership Units.

  • Each such determination by the Partnership of the Annual Fixed Distribution Rate will, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding upon the Partnership and upon all Holders of Series 3 Preferred Limited Partnership Units.

  • Each such determination by the Partnership of the Annual Fixed Distribution Rate will, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding upon the Partnership and upon all Holders of Series 15 Preferred Limited Partnership Units.

  • If for any reason no rate can be procured in accordance with the foregoing, then the applicable rate will be equal to the screen rate for the immediately preceding Distribution Period, provided that where the Fixed Distribution Rate applies to such immediately preceding Distribution Period then the distribution rate for the Distribution Period will be equal to the Fixed Distribution Rate for such preceding Distribution Period.

  • Each such determination by the Partnership of the Annual Fixed Distribution Rate will, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding upon the Partnership and upon all Holders of Series 13 Preferred Limited Partnership Units.
