Five Point definition

Five Point is defined in the Recitals.
Five Point and, together with Longwood, the “Purchasers”). Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in Section 1.1.
Five Point has the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement.

Related to Five Point

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Summer means the season commencing on May 1 and ending on October 31 for any given calendar year.

  • Depth , in respect of a building, means the measured distance between the front line of the building and the back line of the rear main wall which separates the main building from the open space;

  • Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.
