Fitout definition

Fitout means the Lessee’s fitting out and decoration of the Property to suit the Lessee’s occupation and use.
Fitout means the interior construction of the elements of the Building exclusive of the Core and Shell.

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Appliances means and include electrical, mechanical and electronic appliances such as refrigerator, television, DVD player, videocassette recorder/player, washing machine, microwave oven, music system, personal computer, laptops and air-conditioner contained or fixed in the Insured’s home for domestic use.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

Kitchen: Granite platform, ceramic tiles dado upto 2’ height, Stainless Steel sink in Kitchen, Aquaguard point, Connection for washing machine in wash area.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Installer means an employee engaged in the fitting, fixing and installing of blinds of all types including venetian blinds, and awnings,

  • Watertight means capable of preventing the passage of water through the structure in any direction under a head of water for which the surrounding structure is designed.
