Fitch Value definition

Fitch Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (A) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent for such Eligible Collateral and (B) the Fitch Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in paragraph 13(b)(ii).

Fitch Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (x) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent for such Eligible Collateral and (y) the Fitch Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in paragraph 13(b)(ii). The Fitch Value of Cash will be the amount of such Cash.

  • Fitch Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement or, if no such rating is in effect, Fitch’s general corporate rating with respect to the Borrower.

  • Fitch Ratings means Fitch, Inc., doing business as Fitch Ratings, or its successors.

  • Credit Support Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.
