Fish screen definition

Fish screen means a screen, bar, rack or other barrier, including related improvements necessary to ensure its effective operation, to provide adequate protection for fish populations present at a water diversion.
Fish screen means fish guard.

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • LIBOR Screen Rate means the LIBOR quote on the applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • LIBO Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Reuters LIBOR01 means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Service on page LIBOR01 Page (or such other page as may replace “Reuters LIBOR01” page on the service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association or other administrator of LIBOR for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for United States dollar deposits or loans).

  • CD means Custom Duty

  • Relevant Screen Rate means (i) with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in an Agreed Currency (other than Euros), the LIBO Screen Rate or (ii) with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Euros, the EURIBOR Screen Rate, as applicable.

  • Screen means microscopic phosphor crystals on a plastic support used in conjunction with either single or double emulsion film; the screen emits visible light when exposed to X-radiation, creating a latent image on X-ray film.
