Fish Sanctuary definition
Fish Sanctuary means any area declared by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri under section 65;
Fish Sanctuary means water bodies or a portion of the water bodies where fish congregates for certain period of the year either for breeding, migration or any other purposes, as may be notified by the Government;
Fish Sanctuary means waters closed to fishing or the taking of fish by any method.
