fiscal law definition
fiscal law means the law of the Punjab relating to tax, duty or charge including stamp duty, excise duty on alcoholic liquors, opium and other narcotics, land revenue, sales tax on services, taxes on agricultural income, motor vehicles, immovable property and entertainments, capital gains tax on immovable property, capital value tax, asset tax, tax on professions, trades, callings or employment or such other law imposing any tax, levy, duty, fee, charge or surcharge as the Government may specify;
fiscal law means a fiscal law within the meaning of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002);
