Fiscal Entity definition
Fiscal Entity means the party that is established through a Memorandum of Agreement between the Parties to receive funds for a specific grant or NWOTA Project. A Fiscal Entity is the party that is ultimately responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the NWOTA Project as well as meeting any grant required terms and conditions.
