FIS Contract definition

FIS Contract means a Contract under which Goods are delivered on a ‘free in store’ basis;
FIS Contract means any contract between SCB, on the one hand, and FIS, on the other hand, copies of which are included in Section 5.03(k)(i)(E) of SCB’s Disclosure Schedule.
FIS Contract means a Contract under which Goods are delivered on a ‘free in store’ basis, being all costs up to the delivery of the goods are paid by the Customer;

  • This Contract means Articles of Agreement, the special conditions, the general conditions of contract, the appendix, the schedule of quantities and specifications, attached hereto and duly signed.

  • Project Contract means any Contract, excluding this Agreement and, as and when executed, the Ancillary Agreements [reserved], to which Seller is a party, or by which Seller or any of the Project Assets is bound, that relates to or has the primary purpose of supporting the Work or the Project, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is granted a real property or other interest in the Project Site (in whole or in part) or is licensed or granted the right to use, or holds or possesses, any Project Intellectual Property Rights.

  • works contract means a contract for building, construction, fabrication, completion, erection, installation, fitting out, improvement, modification, repair, maintenance, renovation, alteration or commissioning of any immovable property wherein transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) is involved in the execution of such contract;

  • relevant contract means the contract relied on by an applicant under this section to satisfy the requirements of subsection (1)(a)(ii);

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
